MEDICAL HELP TO FOREIGN CITIZENS

Volgograd branch of S.Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution provides the high-quality ophthalmic care in all kinds of ocular pathology with application of the latest surgical, laser, pharmacological and physiotherapeutic approaches.

Volgograd branch of S.Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution was founded in December, 1988. Nowadays it comprises ten medical departments, fitted with the most current-day equipment.

In Volgograd branch of S.Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution medical care to foreigners, who are temporally or permanently resident in the Russian Federation, is organized in accordance with the RF Government Decree 186 dated March,6, 2013 “On approval of Regulations on medical care to foreign citizens in the Russian Federation”.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE WE ADMIT BY PRE-APPOINTMENT ONLY

To schedule your visit you can:

1. Send us request for appointment by e-mail on info@isee.ru where you should specify purpose of your visit, your personal data (last name, first name, surname) full date of birth, address for correspondence (with postal code) or e-mail address, personal cell phone number and medical records from your ophthalmologist. Your request will be considered and find the most recent reply.

2. Call us by phone on: (8442) 91-35-35 (multichannel) or 88002009135 (free-of- charge call).

Please, remember to take with you:

Passport or other identity document (for accompanying persons as well);
Birth Certificate (for children under 15 years of age).
In cases when the child is accompanied by persons other than patient's parents, a notarized parental consent for examination and treatment in our clinic should be provided.
Migration card (regardless of patient’s age)
If your stay in the Russian Federation exceeds 7 working days, an advance registration in Volgograd is compulsory. Registration period for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic is 30 calendar days, for citizens of Tadzhikistan – 15 calendar days. Children, coming for appointment, should have individual registration, regardless of age.
